My name is Sybrich van Terwisga and I have been living on this beautiful island since 2013. I was born in Doetinchem where I lived for about the first 20 years of my life.

After that I ran a pub "De Zeeman" on Vlieland with my father for 16 years. I always rode with him in his unimog. Had wonderful adventures and really learned to go back to basics and have to save yourself with the means you have.

My passion for beach driving has taken on a new dimension on Terschelling by consciously choosing the luxurious Volkswagen Amarok. This was partly due to the whiplash I suffered at the end of 2020, which meant I could not drive a car with less suspension than this car. It is equipped with all the comforts so that I can offer my guests a comfortable ride.

Because I got into a lock-down with my Terschellinger pub "Kerijf-bar" the beach riding started to itch again. I started with the tours and could indulge my passion for taking pictures of beautiful views again.

Every day and every ride I still see the beauty of nature and the surprises that it brings. And I would like you to experience that passion!
